The internet is a beautiful thing. One moment, you can be having the time of your life watching a human you don’t personally know apply a makeup product on their face, and the next, said makeup product can be in your cart, ready to be bought and shipped to you in 1-3 business days.

While Mecca seems to be my most-visited haunt when scouring the online realms for stuff to put on my face (their shipping packaging is just so gorgeous – it’s like a present every time), there are some brands that can only be located on Sephora. Hence, the haul.

As with most hauls, it was triggered by one product. In this case, the Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Eyeshadow Palette (similar here). While I was eyeing off the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette for my next purchase, this one kind of just slipped in and made it’s way into my cart before I could even consider it. What’s a girl to do?

And because I can clearly not contained myself, a little bit of online shopping ensued.

I picked up the Sachajuan Shine Serum, because I am on a constant life mission to undo the damage bleach caused circa 2015. I know, I know, just cut off the damaged bits. Thanks but no thanks.

Because I am an absolute sucker for a marketing ploy, I bought the mascara, despite mixed reviews. Benefit BADgal Bang! Mascara is one that has received ten years’ worth of internet hype, and with the amount of cash Benefit spent promoting the thing…I’d expect it to be pretty good.

I also grabbed the Lancôme Matte Shaker Liquid Lipstick because they have been out of stock forever and every time I watch a YouTube video, someone else is raving about them. I got mine in Peach which seems neutral enough for a first try.

The Yves Saint Laurent lipstick formulas are to die for, so I decided to try the Volupt Tint-in-Balm. I also wanted to try some Fenty Beauty products, so I got the Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick in S1ngle as well as the Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Metal Moon.

The 3CE Cushion Foundation has been getting a fairly good rep in my circles lately, so I figured I would try this too. As usual, the Sephora online foundation matching system is a lifesaver.

Lastly, because I have become a stressed out adult who takes minimum four baths weekly, I ordered the Herbivore Botanicals Coconut Milk Bath Soak. This entire brand is gorgeous. Packaging looks good in photos and by the bath (whatever helps you to relax, right?) and the products smell wonderful. I’m hoping this will be hydrating so that I can use it into the cooler months.

Though I stopped myself here, I still have my eye on this eyeshadow palette by Huda Beauty as well as the It Cosmetics CC Cream (it’s been sold out for ages!). What have you been checking out lately?
